Steel City Harley-Davidson® Rewards Program
This program is our way to reward you for choosing Steel City Motorcycle Company as your dealership for all things Harley-Davidson®. As a member of the program, you can earn points when you shop in our dealership. Points can be redeemed for Rewards Certificates to be used on future purchases at our dealership.
Loyalty Rewards Program
Stop into Steel City Harley-Davidson® to get your FREE Loyalty Rewards Card, start earning points today! You will receive 1 point for every $1 spent in our Harley-Davidson® parts, general merchandise and service departments. There is no cost to join and it only takes a few seconds to sign up! Once you have joined and received your rewards card, you can start earning points. The more you spend, the more you save. This is our way of saying "Thank you" for coming back again and again to Steel City Harley-Davidson®.
Track Your Points
Points are accumulated immediately upon purchase and will be posted to your account within 72 hours. You will need to set up your account online to activate your card. Visit our website www.steelcityharley.com and click on the Rider Info tab, then the Rewards Program in the drop down. It will ask you if you have a password, click "No, I need a password". This will prompt you to enter your Loyalty Rewards number and security code (found on the back of your card), click "continue". Then enter your email address once, then again to confirm it, click "continue". The last step you will create your User Name (your email) and password. Click "finish" - send confirmation email". When you get the confirmation email, you will need to verify your identity by clicking "activate card". Now you are ready!
Redeem Your Points
Once you have accumulated enough points, you can print out your Reward Certificates to redeem in our dealership for parts, merchandise and service. Once a Reward Certificate is printed, it must be redeemed within 30 days. The more points you accumulate, the larger the Reward Certificate! Unused points / unprinted certificates will expire 1 year from the date of sign up.

Other Terms and Conditions
- Reward Certificates earned under the Loyalty Rewards Program CANNOT be redeemed for cash, credited to an account, used toward motorcycle purchases, the purchase of a gift card, special order or layaway deposits, warranty work or collision repair.
- Reward Certificates are non transferable. Picture I.D. will be required when redeeming certificates.
- Reward Certificates expire 30 days after printing.
- Reward Points CANNOT be added for previous purchases (before becoming a Loyalty Rewards Member)
- Rewards Points CANNOT be earned on purchases made with Reward Certificates.
- Rewards Points CANNOT be earned on dollars spent on motorcycle purchases.
- Rewards Points CANNOT be earned on labor, warranty work or collision repair. They CAN be earned on parts & accessories on a service work order that is not warranty work or collision repair.
- Returns are subject to a deduction of points earned from the original purchase.
- Rewards Points CANNOT be combined with any other discounts.
- Once you earn 5,000 points, you must redeem them before earning more points.
- Steel City Harley-Davidson® reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Rewards Program at any time without obligation or notification.
- All points are given at the discretion of Steel City Harley-Davidson®.
