Motorcycle engine failure while on a trip from Canada. Arrived at the dealership on a Sunday afternoon and the service department removed the cam cover within 30 minutes after arriving on their doorstep. Unfortunately, there was no easy fix and I had to leave the bike with them. Laura from service kept me updated while repairs where completed. All costs were covered by Harley Extended Service Plan. When I picked the bike up, the service tech explained in detail what the issue was and repairs that were completed. They even took the time to wash the bike before I took delivery. Picked up some oil from the parts department while I was there and you couldn’t have asked for friendly service. Great staff, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the neighbourhood.

That being said, I was looking for a place to buy some parts and accessories, and also to explore the lifestyle. On a positive note, this is one of the few dealers near me open on Sunday. So, with money in my pocket and the intention to spend it, I made the one hour drive on a Sunday afternoon to check it out. First impression is that it's a very nice looking store. I walked around the first floor looking at everything from clothing to parts to helmets and gloves. Not one employee approached me or even said "hello". After making a few loops around the first floor, I ran into another customer who informed me there was an upstairs. I would've never known otherwise. Heading up to the newly discovered second floor, I proceeded to look at everything from bikes to close-out clothing. Guess what? No one spoke to me up there either. Having been in retail and sales my whole life, the lack of basic customer acknowledgement let alone customer service was very disappointing. I was looking for a good first experience, but was tremendously underwhelmed. Other than being open on Sundays, there's very little Steel City offers compared to other Harley Dealers which are closer to me. Based on this experience, they'll likely not be my "go to" dealer.

Stopped by on the way to I79 on our way home. Quite big inside. Everyone is nice. Everything was pretty clean including the bathrooms. Not many other Harleys around.

I like this dealership a lot as soon as you walk in, you were greeted and treated by Family. They talk to you as a person and not as a potential shopper. From the clothing department to the parts that I get for whenever I get my service done everybody is always eager to help give their opinion and make the best of my situation Of what I want and not what everybody else wants! The customer service at this dealership is like no other they treat each and every customer like a personal friend. I had a stage four motor build done on a 2020 Street glide. This was one of the best running bikes I have ever been on. They have top-notch mechanics And top-notch work. I highly recommend going with steel city.
Already own my street glide but everybody in the place has been super nice and helpful from just answering questions of all kinds to clothes n especially parts which is most of my purchasing there and they are veteran friendly with a vet discount which is greatly appreciated

I just bought my 5th HD at Steel City, there is a reason I keep coming back: The Employees! Every department has people that are genuine, they are always working above expectations. Folks like Bree in Parts, as much as I call her she is always pleasant and puts the customer first, she makes you feel like you're her only customer. Marie in Finance made my purchase so easy, paperwork was ready when I arrived. I can never say enough about DJ an Billy, great team. Thank God for DJ’s patience with me, Lol. Can’t forget Zach in Service, wild beard and hair and a great Service writer. I could write everyone's names down but they know who they are and you don't need to look any further in the Tri-State area for your Harley needs, just go to Steel City. You couldn't expect to jave the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff to be any better or any more kind! Seeing an old friend/salesperson, DJ, was also very good. Absolutely everyone had performed and did the best job possible, you couldn't get any better service from anyone there or any other HD dealership!

Never on this side of town so I stopped in to see how the other half lives. Was warmly welcomed by sales staff and had a talk and a tour. Headed over to parts, where Bree went above and beyond with the stupid questions I had.. Huge thanks to Bree for entertaining my ideas. Shout out to Alex for the kind conversation, and to my friendliest service tech who gave me expert advice on troubleshooting some software updates.. I was actually above to advance in installing another module once I got back home. This is the kind of dealership you go out of your way for. I'll be back. Thank you!

UPDATE: Just bought a 2020 Iron 883 off of Time and as always everyone was very friendly and great at their job. Recently bought a Yamaha FJR 1300 here from Tim. It was a great overall experience. Great people here in my experience.
We were at the dealership for their Blarney Bash party and spotted the Tobacco Fade Tri Glide Ultra. Wasn’t really shopping for a new trike, but loved it immediately! The entire staff at Steel City; Sales, Finance, Parts, Service and even the General Manager were involved to make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable! Highly recommend Steel City Harley Davidson if you’re considering a motorcycle purchase, service or upgrade to your Harley Davidson!

The finance and sales staff were amazing (ask for Tim), and the ladies in the clothing store were knowledgeable, finding a perfect riding jacket to meet my needs. I thought it would be intimidating buying my first bike, but these professionals made it easier than buying a car. Look forward to many safe miles on the road with this beauty!

I can't even begin to describe the upstanding service I have received at Steel City HD. Starting in parts and service, they have always been incredibly helpful and give the time and guidance needed. Purchasing or just visiting, everyone is always welcoming. To those of you who remember the sitcom, they are the "Cheers" of Harley Davidson! I recently bought a used Electra Glide that I have had my eyes on for a few weeks. We were extremely fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Tim during the entire process. He wasn't pushy, but honest. He listened to what we needed; you could genuinely tell, at the end of the day, all he wanted for me was to ride off happy (regardless if it was the new one or the one I rode in on). We traded in a motorcycle and they certainly didn't disappoint. Prior to the day of the sale, I was a bit up in the air, but Tim didn't want to give up on us. He called only a couple days later and said, "DJ and I relooked at the deal and we want to get you on that bike." Tim worked with the Sales Manager, DJ, who was just as amazing. Through the work of DJ and Tim, we were able to ride off on the Electra Glide, not only satisfied with the unbelievable deal, but a place where I can't wait to return to....even just to say hi. They have a big selection of new and used bikes. I thought about it but I have plenty of bikes at home. My only gripe is they don't have my size of shirts. Everyone must be a 3X here in Pennsylvania because they had 4&5X very hard to find a 3X. Although I did happen to stumble across the shirt I wanted in my size and I bought it. Very nice people. Beautiful store. Very happy I got to stop here and visit this dealership.
I went in with a specific bike in mind and the salesman Tim got me the exact bike I wanted. He made the whole process extremely easy. I had a few questions and answered them before I could even ask. I can’t thank him enough and he has definitely earned any of my future purchases. Everyone there treated me like family as soon as I walked through the door and that’s how it should be at your dealership.
If you’re looking for a Harley Davidson or a variety of used bikes, look no further! Steel City is the only place I go! The management and Staff are absolutely awesome! I wanted to go on a test ride, but I had my 5 yr old son. Heather and staff offered to watch him. When I came back, he was looking like a Harley Model! He was eating snacks and hanging out with them. He loved it, and loves going there with me! I wish I could give more then 5 stars!! I’ve made dear friends there, and met a lot of great people there! Best Harley Dealership around, hands down!!

I like to go here for the Harley-Davidson clothing and accessories. They also host some really great events with food and bands etc. The best is the Rod Run in September. Nice folks working here.

Love the place and environment but a few of the staff members could be a little more pleasant and not follow you around asking if you need help every 5 seconds. I literally had to tell them if they asked me again I was leaving. I think they thought I was going to not buy anything if you know what I mean. But anyway.
Not only do I get my Freewheeler serviced at Steel city, I had the pleasure of traveling on the Arkansas trip. I hit a large rock with my front tire and broke my wheel. DJ and Lisa made numerous phone calls and found a way to get my trike fixed. Lucky for me Dan had his truck with us and we all managed to get the trike in. If you ever wanted to do a trip do it with Steel city.

Not the best experience with these guys. Nice friendly crew but they got it wrong this time. Charged me twice for the same issue even though they said they wouldn't. Drove 40 minutes the first time when they said it was ready and it didn't even make it down the road to the next stop light. Brought it right back and was told by Zack that if it was something that they missed it wouldn't cost me a thing. Charged me another 200 bucks. Not too happy that the first thing that they said wrong and didn't fix it was the more expensive so called "fix". Again really nice and friendly staff but they definitely got it wrong this time. UPDATE: The service manager Brad called, and we had a really great conversation, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was treated properly. He made a somewhat unhappy customer very happy. I will most definitely be heading bac to see those folks there. Class act all the way around.

Bought a bike and had it shipped straight to these folks to do all my work because they are my local Harley shop and I have never had a Harley. Super knowledgeable and amazing customer service. It has been nothing but a pleasure since day one dealing with them and I would highly recommend to anyone to have their bike serviced there.
